INFORMATION FOR SELLERS

Selling Process

  • Initial Meeting will be a time to discuss your ideas, provide a personalized, comprehensive marketing plan, and give you an overview of the entire process
  • Preparing your property for sale We will recommend any steps needed to present the property in the best possible manner, including cost-effective repairs, staging, and any reports needed.
  • Pricing We will recommend a suggested listing price, based on a comparative market analysis, the condition of the property, and local existing conditions in the marketplace.
  • Marketing We will list the property in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), arrange for a broker tour, hold open houses, advertise in real estate media channels, and arrange for a sign to be placed at the property.  Our goal is to reach a large group of potential purchasers.
  • Selling your property When an offer is received, we will review it with you, and discuss your options.
  • Escrow process We will handle the transaction through close of escrow and advise you during the process to ensure adherence to the contract.

INFORMATION FOR BUYERS

Buying Process

  • Initial meeting will be a time to discuss your ideas, and provide an outline of the entire buying process.
  • Meet with a lender to determine availability and suitability of available loans.  A pre-approval letter may improve your chances when presenting an offer
  • Locate a home for you
  • Formulate an offer and discuss presentation to the seller
  • Escrow process and assist you in meeting all conditions of the purchase agreement.  Once papers have been signed, we will help you with paperwork and coordinate the transaction with a title company
  • Closing escrow Once all conditions have been met, the change of ownership will be complete and there will be a final recording noting the purchase
